Alex was an absolute lifesaver when we needed last-minute dog sitting! Despite the short notice, she was professional, responsive, and genuinely caring with Floyd. Our whippet had a fantastic stay at her place - he came back happy and content, and she sent regular updates throughout their time together. Would definitely book Alex again and highly recommend her for anyone needing a reliable dog sitter!

10/10 - We left our pug Lily with Alexandra who had a wonderful time. Alexandra is clearly an experienced dog sitter who was very capable in looking after our pup despite Lily’s medical issues. She took the time to do a meet and greet with us prior and also asked for any special requests we had. Alexandra maintained constant communication with us throughout our holiday and it honestly felt like Lily was in the hands of a trusted friend. We highly recommend her services and would happily leave Lily here in future.

Alex has looked after our four cockatiels twice. They instantly adored her. On the second pet sit we were in Europe and one of our birds, Pearl became very unwell. Alex recognised the emergency immediately and promptly contacted us and the vet. Alex saved Pearl's life by taking her to the vet promptly (and repeatedly), then administering meds, feeding, and keeping Pearl under close supervision. All this while looking after our other birds and juggling work and family. Alex kept us connected with the vet and checked in with us regularly. We felt that we could fully trust Alex who was resourceful, easy to communicate with, pragmatic and empathetic, in a very difficult situation.

alex was really great with my aussie shepherd holly and made sure she was settled and comfortable before leaving. i felt that i could easily trust her with holly. would definitely recommend her services xx

I couldn't be happier with Alex and her dog sitting service! Alex took fantastic care of Sprite while I was away. From the daily updates and adorable photos to the extra playtime and attention, it was clear that Alex really connected with Sprite and made her feel right at home. Alex is amazing with two cats Tiggy and Butter! I travel a lot and Alex is always flexible with my ever changing schedule. The girls both love her. Alex is especially great with Tiggy my older cat who can get stressed. She administers Tiggy’s medicine with ease and now has Tiggy running to greet her every time she comes. My life has been as much easier since meeting Alex as I always know I’ll have someone reliable to count on when I’m away

Alex dog sat our nervous greyhound. Lexie usually takes a while to warm up to people but Alex was patient with her and did a great job making sure she felt comfortable on walks and was happy without us. Couldn't recommend her more!
