Privacy notice

We use Google Analytics to understand how people find and use our website — for example which pages are visited, which device and general location (city or country) visitors come from, and whether an enquiry was sent. Google Analytics uses cookies to do this.

When an enquiry is sent, we tell Google Analytics which type of service it was about (such as a wedding or boarding enquiry). We never send your name, email, phone number or your dog's details to Google.

You can block these cookies in your browser settings, or install Google's Analytics opt-out add-on. You can read how Google handles data on Google's website.

We also keep simple counts of visits to our website, including which site you came from (such as Facebook, Instagram or Google), and whether you opened, started or sent the enquiry form. These counts use a random code for your visit, not your name or contact details.

When you fill in our enquiry form, we collect your name, phone number, email, dates, your dog's name, breed and age, and any notes you add. We use these only to reply to your enquiry, arrange care for your dog, and, after a stay or service, occasionally ask for a review.

We save your details as you type. If you start the form but don't finish it, we may send you one friendly email to help you complete it.

If you register for an event, we use your details and emergency contacts to run the event safely and to send you a confirmation and a reminder. If you join our mailing list, we'll email you about future events. You can ask to be removed at any time.

Only Petals & Paws Melbourne can see your enquiry and registration details. We never sell your information. We use trusted services to run the website, store information securely and send emails, and Google provides our analytics.

You can ask us to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you, or to stop emailing you. Just email info@petalsandpawsmelbourne.com.
